Autogenic Training

Working in a similar fashion to biofeedback or hypnosis, Autogenic Training helps people relax and control heart rate, breathing and blood pressure. The six exercises of Autogenic Training, which incorporate the imagination and verbal cues to promote relaxation, are intended to reduce stress and help with conditions such as anxiety, fatigue and irritability.
