ProSol™ Disc/Joint is formulated to reduce the pain, swelling and stiffness associated with weakened or degenerative cartilage in the discs and joints. It also helps promote cartilage synthesis and repair while it inhibits degenerative changes associated with certain forms of arthritis. The product includes the proteolytic enzyme blend pHysioProtease™ along with peptidase and bromelain for inflammatory support. Bromelain, in particular, has shown to be beneficial for sports injuries, as it helps prevent swelling, promotes muscle relaxation and hinders platelet aggregation.

In addition, ProSol™ Disc/Joint contains several herbs and nutrients that provide joint support. Herbs that have anti-inflammatory properties include boswellia, turmeric and yucca root, while grape seed provides antioxidants to protect cartilage. Also in ProSol™ Disc/Joint, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) and devil’s claw root help to relieve pain and inhibit arthritic symptoms. The nutrients included in the product – boron, copper and manganese – support bone health and are essential for the metabolism of other minerals, such as calcium and zinc.
