Iridology

Iridology is the practice of analyzing the iris, the colored part of the eye surrounding the pupil, to learn about the body’s inner workings. Markings on the iris – fibers, colors, patterns or defects – are believed to reveal health conditions or organ disorders. Iridologists claim they can identify the following:

  • An overall picture of patient wellness
  • The potential for future health problems
  • The existence of toxins
  • Inflammatory conditions
  • Biochemical deficiencies
