professional association and agree to maintain the highest standard in my code
of ethics, and my actions on this Web site will not violate local, state, national
or international laws. I will respect all other users' privacy.
I assume full responsibility in my conduct with any referral directly or indirectly
from this Web site and agree that in no way is Enzymes, Inc., its employees
or affiliates responsible for any issues legal or non-legal arising as a direct
result from contact through this Web site.
I will not post, upload, e-mail, transmit or otherwise distribute any content:
that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy
or publicity rights of others;
that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive,

post content that is abusive, objectionable, illegal, or disruptive, or that
otherwise fails to conform to the highest of ethical standards.
I agree to evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any content,
including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such
content. I acknowledge, consent and agree that Enzymes, Inc. may investigate
the use of the Practitioner Directory and Web site in order to determine whether
a violation of these terms has occurred or to comply with any applicable law,
regulation, governmental request or legal process.
At all times, I agree that Enzymes, Inc. and its affiliates reserve the
right to terminate access to the Practitioner Directory and any community aspect
of the ProSol and NutriSol site at any time and for any reason deemed appropriate.
